Keyla, sounds like you are doing important work! We've used meetup.com [https://www.meetup.com/] to help with spreading the word about group events that are open in addition to Facebook events and Twitter. It requires some time to keep it up-to-date. We also send group text messages as reminders for drop-in meetings and events. I am interested to hear what others use.

We're excited about hosting our 5th Annual Leadership Summit and our 7 day countdown is underway! What are some strategies your team uses to promote wellness while working hard to make an event successful?

This is an important piece and learning about the three phases of historical trauma among American Indians provided me with a new perspective. It sounds like the "Calling Upon the Warrior Spirit" was a powerful event. I wonder what the experience was like for attendees and how communities around the country putting this framework into practice?
